How to make
Strain the roasted and peeled peppers from the jar and cut them into strips. Put them in an oiled tray. Crumble feta cheese on top and pressed garlic cloves.
Pour in a trickle of oil, black pepper, a little salt and finely chopped parsley.
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and baking soda, add the flour.
Pour this mixture over the peppers and bake for 20 min. in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
Take it out, sprinkle with cheese and put it back in the oven to crisp for 10 min.
Serve with garlic yoghurt sauce.
Remarkably tasty and on top of it all the sauce makes it irresistible!
