How to make
Whip the cream and gradually add the sugar. Beat the egg whites into snow and add them to the cream.
Dissolve the gelatin in 1 coffee cup of water and add the cream. Add the ground walnuts.
Pour the mixture onto a cake layer placed in a cake form. Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
Decorate as desired.
