  • salt - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) for 4 1/5 cups (1 l)
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp for each 1 l
  • bay leafs - 1 - 2 1 - liter jar
  • pepper - 8 to 10 grains of 1 - liter jar
  • allspice - 2 jars of beans
  • cloves - 3 to 4 grains jar

How to make

The measurements depend on the number of jars you want to prepare.

Measure the amount of water necessary for the jars, in advance. Boil the water with vinegar, salt and sugar.

The cleaned and cut carrots will be steamed briefly in boiling brine, then immediately drained and rinsed under cold running water.

The jars are packed all the spices in the indicated quantity on their bottom.

Cram in the carrots and dilute with hot marinade.

The jars are closed and sterilized for 15-20 minutes.
