  • yeast - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) fresh
  • sesame seeds - 1/2 cup

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the sugar. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the flour, milk and oil.

Add the dissolved yeast and knead a dough. Leave it at room temperature for 40-50 min.

Then knead it again and divide it up into balls. Stretch out each ball to obtain a thin roll.

Twist each roll, stick its ends together to form a bagel. Leave the bagels aside for a few min.

In the meantime, prepare the syrup from the boiling water and sugar. Keep it on the stove until the sugar melts completely. Then take it off and leave to cool.
