"Protein Bagels - We have got a quick and easy snack that is high in protein!"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • skyr - 3.5 oz (100 g) or thick yogurt
  • spelt flour - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • cow butter - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • seed mix - for sprinkling
  • cheese - can also be added to the mixture

How to make

Beat the egg white in a bowl, separate the yolk in another bowl.

Add the skyr with baking powder, flour, butter and salt.

Mix well until a dough is obtained (if necessary, add more flour).

Shape the bagel dough into a ball, which we divided into 4 equal parts.

Roll out each part and form a bagel.

Arrange the bagels in an air fryer or in a tray on baking paper, spread each bagel with a yolk, sprinkle with seeds and bake until done.
