How to make
Beat the egg white in a bowl, separate the yolk in another bowl.
Add the skyr with baking powder, flour, butter and salt.
Mix well until a dough is obtained (if necessary, add more flour).
Shape the bagel dough into a ball, which we divided into 4 equal parts.
Roll out each part and form a bagel.
Arrange the bagels in an air fryer or in a tray on baking paper, spread each bagel with a yolk, sprinkle with seeds and bake until done.
