How to make
Soak the chicken livers in cold water and leave them for about 30 min. for the blood to drain out. Rinse the livers and dry them.
Clean the onions and leeks, chop them finely. Heat the oil, add the livers and vegetables. Throw in the paprika and black pepper.
Saute until the livers change color and vegetables soften.
Transfer everything into a tray and bake in a preheated oven until the dish is left in just oil. Season with salt.
