Ingredients

  • lard - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt. Mix the rest of the products together. Knead a firm dough.

Season as desired: with paprika, mixed spices, savory, cheese.

Roll it out to a sheet 1/2″ (1 cm) thick and cut it using cookie cutters or a wavy knife.
