How to make
Pancakes:
Beat the eggs well and add the remaining products. Beat to a smooth mixture that's thicker than porridge.
Smear a pan with a little oil using a brush. Pour in a ladleful of the batter at a time and fry the pancakes on both sides.
Cake fillings:
In separate bowls, prepare 4 different kinds of fillings.
1st kind:
Mix the finely chopped chicken meat with 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise.
2nd kind:
Wash the mushrooms, cut them to thin strips and put them in a pan on the stove to saute in 1/5 cup (60 g) butter. Season with spices of your choice - all purpose spice mix, ground black pepper, etc. Set aside to cool and mix with 1 packet of cream cheese.
3rd kind:
Grate 5-6 pickles on a coarse grater. To them, add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Mix with the sour cream and stir.
4th kind:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with a little mayonnaise, just to stick it all together.
Assembling the cake:
Place the 1st pancake in a suitable plate after you've smeared it lightly with mayonnaise.
Alternate between pancakes and fillings until you run out. Smear the entire cake lightly with mayo on the outside and stick grated cheese to it.
Make a border from chopped walnuts. In the middle, make a decoration of your choice - it can be anything you want really. I made a flower one of radishes, green onions and cucumber, with sugar stamen bundles.
