How to make
For the filling, mix the sugar, cinnamon, cocoa and walnuts. For the cake mix, beat the soft butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream.
Add eggs one at a time and gradually add the premixed flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, alternating with the cream. Prepare a greased and lightly floured cake form. Add a quarter of the cake mixture carefully, sprinkle it with filling and repeat this 3 times.
Finish with cake batter and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 1 hour. Allow the baked cake with filling to cool in the form before removing it.
Then smear it with honey or sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
