How to make
Prepare a dough from the flour, butter, sugar, salt, water and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Boil the apples and mash them into a puree, then mix with the marmalade. Split the dough into 2 parts.
Lay out one half onto a greased baking dish. Top with the puree.
Lay on the remaining dough and bake. Once ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
