How to make
Turn the oven on to 390°F (200 °C) and start making the filling.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the pre-mixed together yoghurt and baking soda, stir. To them add the oil, butter and crumbled feta cheese, stir again.
Take 1 phyllo pastry sheet and distribute 3 tbsp of the filling evenly along it. Take a 2nd sheet, place it on the 1st and sprinkle 3 tbsp of mixture.
Roll it up starting from the wider part of the sheet and arrange it in a spiral. Put the formed phyllo pastry in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Repeat this procedure for all of the sheets, 2 at a time, until you run out. Distribute the rest of the mixture on top of the phyllo pastries, about 1-2 tbsp for each.
Place the phyllo pastries in the preheated oven and bake 20-25 min. to a golden color.
