How to make
Sift the flour, form a well in the middle. Pour in the dry yeast, salt, butter, eggs (minus 1 yolk for smearing on top). Stir the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the other ingredients. Finally, add the crumbled feta.
Stir with a fork until it becomes a ball and knead a soft dough. If needed, add a little more flour. Leave it to rise in a warm area for 30 min. Divide it into equal-sized parts and shape identical balls with oiled hands.
Arrange them in an oiled tray, leaving a little space between them because they puff up. Beat the yolk with a little oil and smear it on them with a brush. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until golden.
Serve the feta cheese buns warm with a glass of milk.
