How to make
Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Put them in a suitable oven dish and sprinkle with the salt and sugar.
Pour in the oil and vinegar. Put in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) and bake for 2 hours after it begins to boil.
Mash the cooked veggies to obtain a smooth chutney. Distribute into dry jars and cool.
Boil for 5 min. to sterilize the jars.
