  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • phyllo pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g), sheets
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Smear a tray with butter and arrange the phyllo pastry sheets in it. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and melted butter every 2 sheets.

Put the sheets to bake, then pour a mixture of beaten eggs, milk and yoghurt over them.
