How to make
Combine the baking soda and yoghurt in a big bowl and stir until effervescent. Add the beaten in advance eggs and crumbled feta cheese.
Grease the tray in which you will bake and put 2 phyllo pastry sheets in. Spoon the yoghurt and feta cheese mixture and pour it evenly over the phyllo pastry sheets. Pour on a little oil and place another 2 phyllo pastry sheets. If desired, you can alternate between a sheet and filling.
Once out of phyllo pastry sheets, pour the rest of the yoghurt mixture on top. Bake in a 340°F (170 °C) oven until well risen and browned.
