How to make
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yoghurt, in which you've beaten the baking soda, salt, sugar, whipped eggs (set aside 1 white for the filling).
Knead a soft dough, leave it to rest for 10 min., covered with a towel. Meanwhile, make the filling.
Combine the crumbled feta cheese, egg white and chopped parsley in a bowl, stir well.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out each one into a rectangular sheet. Pour 1 tsp of the filling at a time onto the 1st sheet, with some space between the clumps.
Cover with the 2nd rolled out sheet on top. Cut out round snacks using a glass or a form.
Fry in heated oil on a medium stove to cook well. They go great with a sweet or savory filling!
