How to make
Melt the honey just a bit, add the sugar, orange rinds, baking soda, egg, spices and flour. Knead a dough.
Roll it out and cut out forms. Bake them in a buttered oven dish in a moderate oven.
Once you take them out, pour glaze on top to decorate.
