How to make
Mix the lard, essence and sugar in large bowl. Separately, mix the sifted flour with the baking soda, salt, and then combine the two mixtures.
Finally mix in the cocoa, coconut flakes and crushed chocolate. Shape balls with greased or wet hands and arrange them on a tray with baking paper. Put the chocolate cookies with lard in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 °C) to bake for about 13 minutes.
Using these ingredients, you get out about 18 cookies.
