How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt and set the mixture aside for a while. Pour the flour and both types of sugar in a bowl. Add the yogurt mixture and stir thoroughly until you get a cake batter.
Divide it into 2 cake molds that have previously been smeared with a little olive oil. The molds are placed in a baking dish and baked in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven, for about 15 minutes.
Then remove it with oven mitts and invert onto a plate. The finished cake can be smeared with honey or decorated further.
