How to make
Combine the olive oil with the honey, chili and finely chopped garlic. Add the herbs and spices, salt, black pepper.
Smear the meat thoroughly with this marinade. Wrap it in foil and leave it to sit for 4-24 hours. Before you begin baking the meat, you have to take it out of the marinade earlier so that it's at room temperature when you put it to bake.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) in a preheated oven for 1 hour 15 min., covered in foil.
15 min. before taking the meat out, cut the foil open and leave the meat to crisp and gain a nice crust.
