How to make
Clean and boil the potatoes, drain them well and leave to cool, then mash or grate them.
Put them in a bowl and add 1 tbsp flour, the finely chopped onions, eggs, spices and crumbled feta cheese. Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it.
Knead everything well to a homogeneous potato mixture. If needed, add a bit more flour. You need to get a tight mixture from which to form tight meatballs.
Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Put the rest of the flour and the breadcrumbs in a plate, stir.
Form meatballs of roughly the same size with your hands and roll them in the dry mixture.
Fry them in heated oil on medium heat, flipping them over on both sides until golden.
