How to make
Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them while still warm. Saute the finely chopped carrot and onion in 3-4 tbsp oil.
Add them to the mashed potatoes, add the grated feta cheese as well. Season with salt, savory and black pepper.
Knead until homogeneous. Leave the mixture to cool.
Form large potato meatballs.
Beat the eggs. Heat up the oil, dip the meatballs in flour, then in the eggs and fry them. Braise until golden on both sides.
Serve with a garnish.
