Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • broccoli - 12.5 oz (350 g) frozen
  • breadcrumbs - 1 package
  • olives
  • oil
  • turmeric
  • curry
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water. When ready, drain the water and mash them. Put the broccoli in boiling water until softened.

After boiling, chop them and add them to the potatoes with spices. Cut the olives and add them to the mixture. Add breadcrumbs until you get a mixture that is dense enough to be able to form balls.

Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and arrange in an oven dish - preferably on baking paper. Top with a little oil. Bake until browned.
