How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them coarsely and boil. Once they're ready, mash them to a puree with 1 egg, 4 tbsp breadcrumbs, finely chopped garlic, crumbled feta and salt.
Leave the mixture to sit for half an hour. Then form meatballs from it. Before putting them to fry, roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs, then in beaten eggs.
Fry them until they gain a golden crust.
