How to make
Peel the already boiled potatoes, mash or pass them through a press. Add the finely chopped onions, eggs, milk, crumbled broth cube, a little salt if necessary and black pepper to taste.
Mix well and leave it for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Then heat the oil in a frying pan. Shape medium patties, roll them in flour and fry them on both sides.
Serve the potato meatballs with a sauce of yoghurt and fresh vegetables.
