How to make
Boil the potatoes but not as soft as for mashed potatoes, leave them a bit harder. Grate on a grater. To them, add 2 eggs, chopped parsley and dill, cumin and salt to taste, the crumbled feta cheese.
Braise the chopped onion and crushed garlic clove in a pan with a little oil. Season with the savory and black pepper. You can add diced pieces of spinach too.
I recommend that you thaw the spinach well and strain it from the excess water. Shape meatballs, arrange them in an oven dish with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 15-20 min. Season with whatever salad and sauce you prefer. I used lettuce salad and a white garlic sauce.
