How to make
Boil the livers for about 5 min. and take them out of the water. Cut the mushrooms and onions into crescents and braise in the oil until semi-cooked.
Add the paprika and then the tomatoes immediately after. Braise for 5 min. and pour in the water. Season with the spices and add the livers to the sauce.
Pour it into the oven dish and bake for about 15 min. at 390°F (200 °C). Serve warm. Decorate with parsley if desired.
