  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg), partially fatty
  • onions - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
  • red wine - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • savory - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp, ground
  • peppers - 5 - 6, dried, red, use spicy ones if you like

How to make

Cut the meat into bites.
