How to make
Soak the peppers in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Stew the chopped leeks in the oil, add the rice, then tomatoes, raisins, savory, spice mix, salt and add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water.
Stew for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stuff the peppers, arrange them in a baking dish, sprinkle them with a little oil, and add 2 cups of warm water. Cover with foil, put in the oven and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 45 minutes.
After removing, sprinkle them with parsley.
