How to make
Remove the seeds from the peppers by carefully cutting the caps. Slice the onion. The tomatoes are peeled and grated.
Pour half of the oil in a heated dish and warm it. Fry half the onions until golden, add tomatoes and rice. Sprinkle with paprika, black pepper, salt to taste and pour in 1 cup of water.
Leave the prepared mixture to boil 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Stuff the peppers and fry them in the remaining oil. Put the stuffed peppers in a large pan.
Pour in the rest of the tomatoes and onions, pour in 1 cup of water and cook on low heat to thicken the sauce. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
