How to cook
Clean and chop the onions finely in a pan, add the oil and braise, then add the cleaned and washed rice to it.
Saute until it turns glassy. Next, add the washed and peeled tomatoes, salt, parsley and black pepper to taste and saute another 3-4 min.
Wash and clean the peppers, remove the seeds thoroughly, fill them with the rice mixture and place them in an oiled tray.
Pour 2 cups hot, lightly salted water over them and bake in a preheated oven until ready.
