How to make
Braise the onions in the oil. Add the mince and braise it until it turns to bits.
Add the washed rice, grated tomato, savory and salt to taste. Pour in 2/3 cup (150 ml) water and leave for 10 min. to saute.
Parboil the peppers with hot water for 5 min. Drain out the water and fill them with the prepared mixture.
Arrange them in the tray, sprinkle a little oil and salt and pour in hot water. Cover with foil and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 40 min.
Optionally, serve with a dairy sauce made by mixing yoghurt, powdered garlic, olive oil and a little salt.
