How to make
Clean the peppers of their stems and seeds. Arrange them in an oven dish.
Braise the mince in a deep pan with a little oil. Add the finely chopped onions, the red peppers and carrots. Cook until they've softened and reddened.
Add the rice and then about 2 cups (500 ml) hot water. Boil until the rice is cooked. Add the tomatoes, herbs and spices. Cook about another 2 min.
Remove from the heat and stuff the peppers with this filling. Arrange them in an oven dish and pour a little oil all over them. Bake in a preheated oven until ready.
