How to make
Cut the fruits from the compote finely.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla. Then add the pieces of fruit and stir carefully.
Bake at about 340°F (170 °C) for 30-35 min. Once the cake is ready, pour the cold juice from the compote over the warm cake.
If you'd like a more syrupy cake, you can add another compote to the recipe.
