How to make
Heat oil in a pot, pour in the finely chopped onions and the carrot (cut into semicircles).
Sprinkle with salt and saute for 2-3 min. until the vegetables soften, then pour in the frozen peas.
Stir well, add the chopped and peeled tomatoes, paprika, black pepper and oregano. Pour in hot water to cover the products, leave on a moderate stove to boil until the peas are fully cooked.
Dilute the flour into a sludge with a little water and pour it into the pot. Turn the stove off, leave it to boil on the residual heat. Serve the stew right away.
