How to make
Activate the yeast with a little warm milk, sugar and flour. Whip the eggs well and add the rest of the milk. Sift the flour and add the egg mixture with the yeast.
Gradually, add the melted lard, while kneading. Once the dough is ready, put it in a warm area to rise, or in a preheated 100°F (40 °C) oven.
From the prepared dough, form small balls and roll out each one into a triangle with curving sides. Make a few cuts along the pointed end, put on some rosehip marmalade and wrap it into a scone. Do this for all of them.
Leave the prepared scones to rise, then smear them with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven, on moderate heat, for about 25 min.
