How to make
Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Put water to boil with 1 tbsp salt.
Put the cauliflower in it to boil until softened. Beat the eggs with the beer, flour, a little black pepper, pinch of salt.
Strain and cool the ready cauliflower, then heat oil in a deep pan and bread the florets by dipping each one in the mixture.
Fry until golden and serve with garlic sauce.
