How to make
Boil 8 pcs. of the eggs. Beat the other two with a little salt and black pepper. Cool and peel the eggs.
Bread them first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry them in heated oil, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Remove and place them onto kitchen paper to drain. Make the green salad, by shredding the lettuce and putting it in a bowl.
Cut the remaining tomatoes and the cucumber into cubes and the radishes into circles.
Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, milk, garlic and spices. Serve the eggs over the salad and drizzle them with the garlic sauce.
The breaded eggs on a salad with garlic sauce are ready.
