Ingredients

  • beef - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • water - 3 tbsp

How to make

Knead a dough from the flour, water and salt, then roll it out into small thin pitas.

Grind the meat and onions and sprinkle them with black pepper. Distribute this stuffing onto the pitas and pinch the edges together.

Form the pitas into balls and bake at 360°F (180°C) until golden. Pour melted butter on top.
