  • chicken - 1
  • macaroni - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • cheese - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • black pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • paprika - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • salt - 1 tbsp

How to make

Clean and wash the chicken and boil it.

Once it's ready, debone it and cut it into small bits, mix these with the black pepper and paprika.

Separately, boil the macaroni in salted boiling water and then strain them.

Put half of the butter, cut into pieces, on the bottom of an oven dish. Pour half the macaroni on top.

Arrange the bits of boiled chicken on top and then put the remaining macaroni on top.

Distribute the remaining butter and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Bake in a moderate oven at 360°F (180 °C).
