How to make
Chop the olives and onions. Fry the onion in preheated oil until golden.
Separately, mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add fried onions, olives and beaten egg.
Add the beer, put in the chopped spearmint and prepare a soft dough (if necessary, add a little more flour). When done, put it in a greased and floured form.
Bake the bread in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready. Once ready, wrap it in a towel and leave it to cool on a cooking grid.
