How to make
Wash the broccoli and then blanch them briefly. Clean and chop the spinach and leeks.
Saute all the products in a little butter until soft, then sprinkle them with salt and add the cottage cheese.
Divide the mixture into 2 clay pots. Sprinkle them with cheese and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until you get a delicious golden crust.
