How to make
Boil the macaroni in salted water and drain it. Cut the peppers into strips, peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
Cut onion into circles and fry in olive oil until golden. Add the chopped peppers and zucchini and fry until soft. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry them until lightly golden.
Add the thyme and oregano. Tear the mint and basil into leaves. Mix the macaroni with the vegetables, sprinkle with pine nuts, basil and mint.
