How to make
Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, clove powder and balsamic vinegar. Leave it to flavor.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil (or oil) in a skillet. Mix the braised chopped leeks into it, then the chopped peppers and finally, the chopped cauliflowers. Add salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice, top up with a little warm water and place the salmon fillets on top.
Cover with a lid and allow the fish to saute for 10 minutes. Serve a portion of vegetables with salmon fillet on top.
