How to make
Clean the leeks and cut them into circles without the leaves. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks. Place the vegetables with butter in a pan and fry them for 15 minutes over low heat, covered with a lid. The oven must be preheated to 430°F (220 °C).
Wash the salmon, dry it and then season it to taste on both sides with salt and pepper. Prepare one sheet of baking paper with a length of 19.5″ (50 cm), sprinkle a mixture of carrots and leeks on it and arrange the pieces of salmon on top of them lengthwise. Pour the lemon juice in and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Wrap the ends of the baking paper together and put to bake.
Roll up the baking paper lengthwise and twist it at both ends. Leave the salmon to bake for 10 minutes, then you can serve it wrapped.
