How to make
Mash the garlic in a bowl and mix it to a smooth paste with the lemon juice, a little salt, curry, turmeric, white pepper, wine and olive oil. Smear the chicken legs thoroughly with this aromatic mixture and let them stand for 45 minutes in the refrigerator in a covered container.
Blanch the cleaned green beans for a few minutes and rinse them under cool water. Place all the vegetables in a large glass cook pot with a lid and mix them with a little salt. Distribute the flavored chicken legs among them.
Rinse the container in which they were marinating with some warm water and pour this diluted marinade in to the dish (about 2/5 cup (100 ml) of liquid). Top with a trickle of olive oil.
Put the lid on and put the dish to bake for about 50 minutes in a moderately heated oven until the meat becomes ready.
