"Spectacular potato meatballs that drink both beer and wine."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 12, medium - sized
  • eggs - 3
  • parsley - 2 bunches
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Peel and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add the beaten eggs, chopped parsley, baking soda, salt and pepper.

Mix everything well until you get a thick paste. Scoop the mixture with a slotted spoon and drop the spoonfuls in highly heated oil.

Fry the patties on both sides to pinking. Serve with yoghurt.
