How to make
Peel and boil the potatoes and zucchini in salted water. Remove them with a slotted spoon and leave to drain.
Mash them in a large bowl, add the crumbled feta cheese, flour, eggs, ground onions and garlic, spices to them. Stir to obtain a mash. Heat the butter in a skillet. Take large spoonfuls of the potato mixture and form hash browns.
Fry the hash browns in the heated butter. Cook each side for about 3 minutes. Once ready, these hash browns can be served with garlic yoghurt sauce.
