How to make
Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely.
To them add the egg, savory, spearmint and salt to taste. Stir the mixture well.
In a large pan pour in the oil and once heated, pour the mixture into it so that it spreads out. Don't stir, just shake the pan.
Once braised a bit, flip it over carefully and braise on the other side.
Serve the hash browns with grated feta cheese.
