How to make
Dissolve the yeast with a spoonful of sugar and a little lukewarm water and leave it to activate.
In the activated yeast add the sifted flour - white and brown, mixed with salt. Finally, add the eggs and milk.
Knead the dough by hand and leave it to rise.
Knead the risen buhti dough and roll it out with a rolling pin - 0.4″ (1 cm) thick.
Cut out circles with a cup or mold and leave them aside for 5 minutes.
Fry the breakfast buhti in heated oil on both sides, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Serve the brown flour buhti with your favorite side dishes.
